Measurements were carried out daily with permanent group of functionally healthy persons (Troitsk (IZMIRAN) –19, Yakutsk -22, Baku -12 volunteers). Daily monitoring was conducted simultaneously with analyses of space weather (parameters of solar and geomagnetic activities) as well as local meteorological (temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, wind speed, etc.). Space weather can influence technological systems as well as biological and ecological systems. For getting more and better knowledge about solar and geomagnetic storms potential effects on human life and health we conduct the parallel investigations as a part of collaborative study in different geographic latitudes-longitudes (Baku 48°35'04E-40°46'20"N, Troitsk 55°28'40-37°18'42, Yakutsk 62°02-129°44'). Equipment: Electroacupunctural R.Volls device (see Example of peoples reaction on three consequent magnetic storms: , and The d l curves confirm important features, revealed in by IZMIRANs work group: - Magnetic storm onset can be only reference point for such type of investigations, because people reaction depend on many factors, changing after and even before geomagnetic storm beginning, but related to changes of global space weather. -If the storms follow one by one with delay ~3 days, the anomaly reaction (hyperfunction) occurs in the day of magnetic storm onset ( and storms). -- If magnetic storm goes separately, Tchizevsky-Velkhover effect may occur (the hyperfuction reaction appeared before the storm). -There is intensity corridor of magnetic storms, associated with human reaction. More intense storms do not produce more intense reaction of people ( storm). The curves demonstrate the existence of Tchizevsky - Velhover effect (effect of "outstripping" reaction of bioobjects on magnetic storms), which was proved by our investigations and in works of our colleagues from Sofia [Dmitrieva I. et al. 2000, Ragulskaya M. et al. 2000, Dimitrova S. 2002, Khabarova O. 2004] For revealing collective reaction of tested people, the parameter d l was calculated for each group of volunteers in Baku, Troitsk and Yakutsk: Here Ω nl - mean arithmetical values during the day with number l for all measured points for person named n; Ω n - mean arithmetical for all measured points for all time of measurements for an object n; Δ nl - accordingly, daily deviation from mean for all time of measurement; d l parameter ispeople health status, which allows to flatten personal features of response and fluctuation of mean values by everyone object, well determining mass-effect. New feature: - There is not only latitudinal, but also longitudinal effect of people reaction, the amplitude of d l depends on longitude and latitude (d l variations in Yakutsk are more impressive) Figure of d l variations (Baku) in comparison with minimal air temperature during the day demonstrates the latitudinal effect: then latitude is lesser, then more high correlation with meteorological parameters (like temperature, humidity and pressure) can be found. In high latitudes, on the contrary, correlation with space weather parameters prevails. Conclusions: people reaction on space weather changes is global, but its features depend on location on the Earth. - magnetic storm onset can be consider as reference point only. -atmosphere weather influence prevails space weather effects in low latitudes
